WHAT CUSTOMERS

SAY

Kami B.

Boston, MA

Adam uses the least amount of pressure required to get your muscles to respond, not just using constantly pressure. What a difference it makes. The combination of appropriate therapy and stretching really helps to work through problem areas. I won't be seeing anyone else but him from now on.

Dave A.

Boston, MA

I've been several times over the past few years for a couple different sports injuries. Adam has been awesome and the massages have proven to be very beneficial. He has also been very helpful suggesting additional stretching exercises, and actions to take at home and at work to avoid tightening up and running into more issues.

Adam Parrett has over 20 years of practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist. With a great understanding of the body, he addresses each client's individual needs, developing a personalized treatment plan to bring relief as quickly as possible.

Adam graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge in 1998 after completing an intensive certification program of over 700 hours. During that time, he studied Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Lymphatic Drainage, and Medical Side-Lying.

During his four years as the lead massage therapist for the New England Revolution, Adam assisted the athletic trainer in all aspects of injury treatment and learned the most effective techniques in Sports Massage. Adam advanced his experience working with injuries when he worked in an out-patient physical therapy clinic, where he saw a wide variety of injuries and soft tissue dysfunction and drew on his experience to assist in healing and recovery.

Adam's experience extends beyond the world of athletics. He's also worked in settings that have exposed him to repetitive stress injuries associated with computer use and work-related stress, such as carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, and neck and shoulder tension.
