COVID-19 POLICIES
AND PROTOCOLS
To keep our clients and staff safe and healthy, we take all reasonable steps to have our office as safe as possible in the current circumstances.
The following procedures are in place to provide protection against COVID-19:

1. Masks and sanitizers:

When in the office, we require both therapists and clients to always wear masks (including on the table). This rule is also required for visitors who have been vaccinated.

We're happy to provide you with a disposable mask if you don't have one.

Hand sanitizer is available for your convenience throughout our practice.

2. Additional cleaning:

We wipe down all surfaces that may have been touched by clients and therapists between each session, both in and out of the treatment rooms.

That is why there is a 30-minute block between each appointment.

Each treatment room and our reception area are equipped with a HEPA air purifier.
3. Your appointment:

We have to limit the number of people in our space at one time, so all appointments are staggered.

We request that clients arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment or as close to the appointment time as possible to prevent overlap in the reception area. Due to state mandates, our waiting area is closed, so we have to ask our clients to wait outside if they arrive early.

When entering our facility, everyone's temperature is checked.

All clients must fill out a COVID-19 waiver to ensure it is safe for them to receive a massage. The waiver states, among other things, that they have not traveled outside of the country, have not experienced symptoms, and have not knowingly been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of the virus within the 2-week period prior to the appointment.

We ask our clients to use contactless payment methods.

Also, these days, we don't offer our clients any beverages to ensure that masks are always on.
